For a holiday full of practical jokes and playful pranks, a delightful menu of surprises will surely please the palates of all your pals. Surprise your friends and family with dishes that are “more than meets the eye.” Whether you want to make Chicken-Not-Pie or a Cashew Stir-Fry you are sure to fool and create some fascinating folly! Today the “Irish” worldwide celebrate with wearing green, attending parades and eating Irish cuisine. So for this St. Patty’s day, try preparing a traditional Irish feast for friends and family. Fad diets are nothing new in today’s slimfast world. Atkins had his heyday, South Beach came with the promise to transform the body into its namesake clientele and the Zone was as popular as a swank nightclub. Perhaps no fad diet, however, has garnered such attention and controversy in the world of weight loss as the “Master Cleanse.” Although author Peter Glickman first wrote about the Cleanse several years ago, it only recently became popular. Thanks largely in part to Hollywood culture and endorsements from the likes of Beyonce and Angelina Jolie, the Cleanse is the new hot diet.
