On St. Patrick’s Day, everyone is Irish! The Patron Saint of this Guinness guzzling holiday is believed to have driven snakes out of the bonny isle, and is one of Christianity’s most widely known figures.
Today the “Irish” worldwide celebrate with wearing green, attending parades and eating Irish cuisine. So for this St. Patty’s day, try preparing a traditional Irish feast for friends and family. Stock up on Irish Whiskey and Guinness, put on some Lord of the Dance, and get ready to shout Éirinn go Brách (Cheers to Ireland). All recipes courtesy of Irish Food and Cooking.
